Entry requirements and applications

The entry requirements for students from Pakistan are listed below.

To enter an undergraduate Bachelors degree

  • For entry into year 1 of an undergraduate Bachelors degree, students need to have one of the following:
  • A recognised foundation qualification
  • 3-year Bachelors (Honours) or 2-year Bachelors (Pass) with 45% – 49% standard Class/Division II in subjects relevant to the discipline to be studied at Anglia Ruskin University
  • International Baccalaureate with a minimum of 24 points
  • Students who have Grade 12 examinations under the auspices of a Board of Intermediate Secondary Education or a recognised Government College with:
  • Higher School Certificate ( or equivalent) showing successful completion of Grade 12
  • Minimum acceptable standard for the HSC normally of Grade C
  • Subjects relevant to the International Foundation to be studied
  • can be considered for our foundation courses, which guarantee entry to Year 1 of an Anglia Ruskin undergraduate Bachelors degree upon successful completion.
  • To enter a postgraduate Masters degree
  • Students applying for a postgraduate Masters degree are required to hold one of the following:
  • 2-year Masters with a 45% – 49% pass in division 2, which includes completion of a Thesis involving independent research, in subjects relevant to the discipline area to be studied at Anglia Ruskin University
  • Bachelor degree (4-year) in generally professional fields (excluding Bachelor of Education) with very high grades
  • A recognised pre-Masters course
