Visa Check List

The following documents must be submitted when applying for a Student Visa:

[ ] Student Visa Application Form (157-A)

[ ] Offer Letter from institute

[ ] Academic documents (Including Marks sheet)

[ ] Original Passport (Attested copy by Notary Public)

[ ] Photos (4-recent) with white back ground 38*45

[ ] Academic documents copies attested by Notary Public

[ ] Evidence of Finance (Bank statement of sponsor of last 6 months

[ ] Bank letter by Sponsor

[ ] Affidavit of Support by Sponsor

[ ] Business profile on business letterhead

[ ] Tax returns of last year (NTN)

[ ] Source of Income documents (If Sponsor is employed letter from employer clearly stating length of employment, positions held, salary slips & annual income)

[ ] IELTS original (Minimum 5.0 band)

[ ] Visa Application Fees (RS: ————————— in shape of Draft to Australian High Commission Islamabad)

[ ] Sponsor Can be (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Grandparents, Aunt or Uncle can also Sponsor only If they are usually resident in Australia& Either a citizen/ Permanent resident of Australia or an eligible New Zealand citizen.

[ ] Note: Australian High Commission takes up to processing time 10 weeks, so Student should apply before 16 weeks to commencing date.
