Visa Check List

The following documents must be submitted when applying for a Student Visa:

[ ] Copies of Passport with minimum of 6 months validity (all pages)

[ ] Copy of the previous passport (all pages)

[ ] Five forms fully filled in, with 3 (recent) photos (passport size 2 x 1.5 inches, white background, taken within the last 6 months, no side pose, no hat, no veil)

[ ] 5 colour photos

[ ] Letter of the applicant justifying the reason of the request and showing the projects and objectives

[ ] CV showing the background of the applicant

[ ] Document proving the current situation (original document required)

[ ] Diplomas (certified copies of the originals – copies translated by any Alliance Française in Pakistan (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar) if in Urdu

[ ] Certificate of admission and enrolment in a higher education establishment (original document required)

[ ] Document proving accommodation

[ ] Personal bank statement (last 3 months) and personal financial resources

[ ] Bank statements (last 3 months) and financial resources of the sponsor if any, and official affidavit of financial support by the sponsor

[ ] Air ticket reservation

[ ] Applications fees : ___________ RS
