Visa Check List

The following documents must be submitted when applying for a Student Visa:

[ ] Three visa application forms, fully completed and signed by the applicant.

[ ] Valid passport with available pages for visa sticker and of “standard” quality (not damaged, torn, faded etc).

[ ] Your previous passport, if available.

[ ] Three clear photocopies of good quality of your passport (first & second page).

[ ] Three recently taken passport sized photographs (no copy or scanned photograph).

[ ] The required visa and postal fee. (PKR ————- in cash only).

[ ] Three sets of:

[ ] Complete Curriculum Vitae (Personal Information).

[ ] Acceptance Letter of enrolment in the school with confirmation of down payment.

[ ] School certificates.

[ ] Evidence of your financial means for total duration of studies.

[ ] IELTS (International English Language Testing System).

[ ] Copies of all recent correspondence of student with other UK universities like letters, emails, brochures etc received by any UK institution

[ ] The entry visas for students need prior approval from the relevant immigration authorities in Switzerland. Since this procedure may take 6 – 8 weeks you are advised to submit your documents well in advance. IMPORTANT: Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. If necessary, you may be requested to bring additional documentation. Photocopies of all relevant documents must be provided to the Embassy. Once submitted, no document will be returned. (Please bring along all original documents, they may need to be shown).
